International Orders: The customer/receiver is responsible for all duty, customs, import fees, and VAT taxes at time of delivery.
PICO Toner Return Policy:
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN A PICO TONER UNIT FOR ANY REASON, including contraindications, please contact us promptly within 10 days of the delivery date according to the assigned carrier tracking number.
Return an UNOPENED sealed device box within 10 days of the tracking confirmed delivery date for a full refund LESS SHIPPING COSTS.
Return an OPENED device box within 10 days of the tracking confirmed delivery date for a refund of the purchase amount less a 20% RE-STOCKING FEE, LESS SHIPPING COSTS.
NeurotriS reserves the right to deny any refund should false claims of returned merchandise condition be made. NeurotriS reserves the right to provide a deadline at the time of a return request that the return must be received by to remain eligible for the applicable refund.
PICO Toner Warranty Policy:
We will repair or replace a manufacturer defective PICO Toner unit during the 1-year warranty at our discretion. (See included warranty policy with your device purchase.)
All Accessories:
All sculpting probes, gloves, cables, adapters, gel, spray, pads, and consumables are non-returnable. All Sales are final.
Sculpting Probe Warranty:
All sculpting probes have a Limited 6-Month Manufacturer Defect Warranty.

All Sales are final. No Returns. Exchange / Applicable Trades Only.

Lifetime Machine Manufacturer Defect Warranty & 3-Year Service & Labor Warranty Upon Validated Purchase or Transfer of Ownership.
