Malinda is a practicing cosmetologist, esthetician, instructor, author, and speaker. A former school and spa owner with 35 years in all branches of our industry including medical esthetics.. In 2009 Aesthetic Video Source was awarded both Telly and David awards for her 9 esthetic training videos on Chemical Peels, Body Treatments and Ultrasound Titles. In 2018 Malinda was a contributing author of “The Estheticians Guide to Outstanding Esthetics''. From 2019 - 2022 she authored 5 chapters for Milady Textbooks: Nail Technology, Advanced Esthetics and Master Instructor curriculums. Malinda has been a Master of Ceremonies, guest speaker and educator for multiple companies and the following trade organizations: BBS, IECSC, AACS, ASCP, NCEA, NETT, SSCP, CEA, Face & Body, and (SSSC) Southern Salon Spa Conference’s from 1999 – 2022. Ladan's lifelong desire to make a positive difference in people's lives, combined with her adoration for the human body, led her to the world of skincare as an independent esthetician. She has grown her business over the past 15 years with her entrepreneurial mindset, with her most successful years during Covid, by providing tangible results to her clients. 

She combines the knowledge she gained from her bachelor's degree with continued education in skincare and life lessons to excel as a stand-alone esthetician by mastering her craft in the treatment room. She spent many years searching for the best product lines, protocols, and technology in order to create a one-of-a-kind treatment plan for her clients. She attributes the transformation of her treatment results to the combination of Neurotris and Viktoria DeAnn peptides, which gave her the confidence to elevate her business to the next level. She is eager to share her experience and knowledge with other professionals who desire to take their treatments and businesses to the next level.
